Stereo Display Standalone build crashes on startup
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Save the scene
3. Turn on VR in Player settings
4. Set to Stereo Display
5. Build for standalone
Result: crash
Reproduced on 5.6.0a1, 5.6.0f1
Not reproduced on 5.5.2p2, 2017.1.0a3*
