[SteamVR]Secondary camera does not render to MainDisplay when SteamVR rig is present
Steps to reproduce:
1.Download and open the attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Observe Game window
Expected result: Secondary camera view is rendered
Actual result: VR camera is rendered
Reproduced on 2017.1.0b2
Not reproduced on 5.6.0p3. 5.5.3f1
Notes:
-Regular cameras appear to do this fine
-"Fixed" after disabling Steam Camera and Controller Tracker scripts
