Static GameObjects are not getting lit by Realtime Global Illumination when running the build in Android or WebGL Players
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_23444” project
2. Press File → Build And Run (Android or WebGL)
3. Observe the static GameObject in the Player
Expected result: static GameObjects are lit by Global Illumination
Actual result: static GameObjects are not lit by Global Illumination
