Static batching not applied to 'Batching static' objects in Unity 5.4
How to reproduce
1. Open attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Open profiler and select 'Rendering' tab
4. Inspect amount of Draw Calls
Expected behaviour: All objects batched into one draw call resulting in 3~4 drawcalls (objects, skybox, shadows etc)
Actual behaviour: All objects are drawn individually, resulting in over 1000 draw calls
Reproduced on: 5.4.5p4, 5.4.6f3
Not reproduced on: Unity 5.5+
