Standard Unity water (Water4) is broken on iOS 9
To reproduce:
1. Build attached project to iOS
2. Run it on a device with iOS 9
3. Notice that the sea doesn't look right (hard to describe, expected and actual results attached)
On iOS 8, everything looks right.
