[RelfectionProbe] runtime-rendered reflection map fails to render on standalone
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'Default Scene'
3. It has objects with Standard - Specular shaders with a runtime-rendered reflection map
4. Build on standalone ( both OSX and Windows )
5. Notice black spots on objects with standard-specular shaders
6. Play in the editor
7. Same scene works fine
