Universal: shader does not retain specular colour when updating from legacy
To reproduce this bug:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the 'scene'
3. Select 'ground - Ferny Bank - bump' material in the project view
4. Notice 'Specular color' being set to black
5. Now change Shader from Legacy to Standard
6. Notice material being darker because of the Specular not being black anymore
