Standard shader: Normal map does not work correctly
To reproduce this bug:
1.Open the attached project
2. Open 'shaderTest' scene
3. Notice 2 cubes. Left one uses Legacy Shaders and right one uses Standard Shaders
4. Notice that Normal Map does not work on Standard Shader
5. Duplicate a Cube with Standard Shader
6. Now Normal Map work as expected on both
7. Delete duplicated Normal Map
8. It does not work again
