Standalone build of ECS demo crashes when using IL2CPP for Windows Deskop
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Build and run it for Windows Standalone IL2CPP
It crashes after splash screen
Not reproduced when using Mono
Reproduced in 2018.2.0b1
