Standalone build is TopMost window even when trying to put something else above it
To reproduce:
1) Make an empty project
2) Make a windows standalone build, make sure that you allow yourself to go to windowed mode through "Display resolution" screen or other way
3) Start build, open in windowed mode
4) Open something else, for example File Explorer, to go above the build window
5) Now pull build window back to top
6) And try to pull File Explorer above build window. You cannot because Windows think build window must be topmost all the time
