Standalone build crashes in ThreadsafeLinearAllocator::Deallocate on Application.Quit ()
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (16125 - WRT.zip)
2. Build and run the project for PC standalone
3. In the build, press Esc to close the build
Expected : the build doesn't crash
Reproduced in 2017.4.3f1, 2017.4.7f1, 2017.4.8f1
Did not reproduce in 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.2f1, 2018.1.9f1
Could not test in 2018.1.0a1 - 2018.1.0a3 due to the project crashing the Editor
Regression introduced in 2017.4.3f1
Not reproducible in 2018.1.0a4
