StableTypeHash values are inconsistent between TypeHash.Calculate and TypeManager.GetTypeInfo
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-94633" project
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: "Hash1" and "Hash2" values are the same
Actual result: "Hash1" and "Hash2" values are different
Reproducible with: 1.3.9 (2022.3.57f1, 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a3)
Not reproducible with: 1.3.8 (2022.3.57f1)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
