[Shadows] Moving pixels in shadows even though stable fit is used (no cascades)
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open testscene
3. Choose "No cascades" and switch to Hard shadows
4. Rotate camara around in scene view
5. Notice moving pixels in shadows even though stable fit is used
