SRP Settings is set to none after changing Always Included Shaders value
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1377905R.zip")
2. Open the Project Window
3. Select Graphics tab
4. Change any Element value in the Always Included Shaders section
5. Press Continue in the Confirmation window
Expected result: Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings does not change
Actual result: Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings is set to none
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a17 (no Confirmation window)
