[SRP] "builtin" pipeline camera callbacks being called while SRP active
Steps:
1. Open repro project, it's already using custom SRP
2. Make sure scene view is visible, in console you see a Debug message "SceneCamera OnRenderObject"
The message comes from the BuiltInCallbacks script having OnRenderObject()
That means the scene view is also using builtin pipeline, at the same time with the custom SRP.
Reproducible in: 2019.1.0a7

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
In the scene view some legacy callbacks are still in use. This is so that scene view gizmos and similar can still be drawn. The correct render pipeline is used for real rendering.
