[iOS]SRP Batcher breaks when using Lightweight Render Pipeline/Lit or SimpleLit shaders
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
3. Open Frame Debugger in the Editor
4. Debug the connected device and inspect
Actual: SRP Batcher breaks
Not reproducible with: 5.7.2, 6.5.3 Scriptable Render Pipeline Lightweight package
Not reproducible with Android
