Sprites on a sorting layer are fully lit even when the only Light2D targets another sorting layer
Repro Steps:
1. Open the Test scene.
2. Note how the square sprite (sorting layer: My Sorting Layer) is fully lit while the Global Light 2D is targeting the default sorting layer.
