Sprites are invisible in the Layer Mask when their Mask Interaction is set to Visible Inside Mask
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "cinemachine_test.zip"
2. Open "MilkMeter" prefab
3. In the Hierarchy window select "UdderLeft"
4. In the Inspector window Under The Slider Component change the value from 0 to nearly 15
5. Notice that nothing is happening with the Prefab
Expected results: A Sprite in a Layer Mask should be visible
Actual results: A sprite in the Layer Mask is not visible
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a14

The mentioning of the details is helpful in my project. The details are given a proper idea about the masking. I am trying to find such a best help that can guide me properly https://fundygo.com/ . Thank you so much for making the version that is supporting the action. That is very important to me.
