Sprite layout is incorrect when importing a PSB file
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “psbLayoutIssue“ project
2. Observe the relative sprite locations in “Chameleon.psb” and “Chameleon.psd”
Expected result: the locations match
Actual result: some locations don't match (they seem to be offset)
Not reproduced in: 4.3.1 (2020.3.42f1), 7.0.2 (2022.1.20f1)
Reproduced in: 6.0.6 (2021.3.14f1), 7.0.3 (2022.1.20f1), 8.0.1 (2022.2.0b14), 9.0.0-pre.1 (2023.1.0a19)
Note: the issue can be also seen in Skinning Editor (select the PSB asset, click Open Sprite Editor, and select Skinning Editor)
