Sprite Influence tab bones cannot be reordered.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Select any skinned sprite that has multiple bone influences per sprite.
2. Open Skining Editor and select a sprite
3. Select Bone Inluence tool and try reordering bones.
Actual results:
Bones are reordered and keep reordered after selecting 'Apply'.
Expected results:
Bones come back to previous order after selcting 'Apply'.
Reproducible with versions:
11.0.0, 10.1.X, 9.1.X
Not reproducible with versions:
7.1.X
