[Sprite Editor] Slider handle of Zoom in/out gets disappear on maximizing "Sprite Editor" window
Zoom in/out Slider handle is disappeared when maximizing "Sprite Editor" window, refer attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with 2D Template
2. Import a Sprite
3. Open Sprite Editor window
4. Maximize "Sprite Editor" Window
Actual Result:
Zoom in/out Slider handle is disappeared when maximizing Sprite Editor
Expected Result: Zoom in/out Slider handle is visible when maximizing Sprite Editor

Tested with Unity version: 2020.1.0a17, 2019.3.0f3
Environment:
