Sprite Editor displays incorrect border when texture's max size is smaller than the size of the source image
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the 'Bug_Select_Title' sprite in the Project panel
3. Open the Sprite Editor
4. Notice that the displayed rect in the Sprite editor is smaller than what the correct rect should be, implying that it cuts off the end hexagon graphic.
