Sprite atlas preview is rendered with artefacts when Atlas contains a Sprite with Compressor Quality 6x6 or 5x5

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1353765"
2. Click on Texture 2D "Texture"
3. In Inspector, open the Android Settings panel and select "Override For Android"
4. In the Android Settings panel select "RGB(A) Compressed ASTC 6x6 block" Format and click Apply
2. Select "Atlas" in the Project->Assets
3. In the Inspector select "Pack preview"

Expected results: Preview is the same as a "Texture" sprite in the Assets folder
Actual results: Preview is only shown as sparse graphical artifacts

Reproducible with: 2020.3.13f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.1.17f, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.12f1, 2021.2.0a19, 2022.1.0a4
Fixed in: 2021.1.0a6

    fixed the issue after upgrading project to unity2021.3.5 LTS
