Some Sprites are fragmented when added to Sprite Atlas
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("TestAtlas")
2. Switch to Android build platform
3. Create a new Sprite Atlas by clicking on Assets -> Create -> 2D -> Sprite Atlas
4. In the Sprite Atlas Inspector window, add the 'Task' folder to Objects for Packing
5. Click 'Pack Preview' and observe the preview
Expected result: Sprites inside the preview are not fragmented
Actual result: Sprites inside the preview are fragmented
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b9, 2020.3.15f2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.36f1, 2019.4.29f1, 2020.2.0b8, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4
Note:
The issue only reproduces with the Android build platform

Resolution Note (2021.1.X):
Not reproducible with 2021.1.0a1 and above

Resolution Note (2020.3.X):
On 2020.3 it may require reimporting the affected assets, or deleting the texture atlas cache to see the effect.
