Spotlight gets clipped in VR
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter playmode
3. Look around
Expected result: view of a plane lit up by a spotlight
Actual result: spotlight gets clipped at certain angles
Reproduced on 5.5.4p4, 5.6.4p1. 2017.1.2p1, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0b7, 2018.1.0a1
