Spline Knots "Element 0" information is on top of other Elements when it's expanded in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "My project.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "Spline (1)" GameObject
3. In the Inspector window expand "Element 0" in the Spline Component
4. Observe the Element
Expected result: Element information is clearly visible
Actual result: Element information is on top of other Elements
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2022.1.0b12. 2022.1.0b14, 2022.2.0a9)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2021.2.19f1), 1.0.0 (2022.1.0b11)
Could not test with: 2019.4.37f1, 2020.3.33f1 (Errors after downgrade)
