Splashscreen text disappears when the text part of Splashscreen is dragged below the taskbar
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project (preferably with large assets)
2. Drag the Splashscreen under the Windows taskbar
3. Drag the Splashscreen back up
4. Observe the Splashscreen
Expected result: The text is still rendered
Actual result: The text disappears
Reproducible in: 2022.3.36f1, 6000.0.0b14
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.9f1
Could not test in: 2021.3.40f1 (the splashscreen randomly disappears)
Fixed in: 6000.0.0b15
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: MacOS 14.4.1, No other environment tested
Note: The text re-appears when the text is updated, so longer importing times are crucial to visibly reproduce the issue
