[Android] Splashing screen on android behaves like scale to fit when it is set scale to fill in splash screen scaling
To reproduce:
1. Download and open attached project
2. Make sure that splash screen scaling in player settings is set to scale to fill ( cropped)
3. Build and run for android
4. Notice on an opened app that splash screen behaves same as Scale to fit (letter-boxed)
Actual result: Splash screen image behaves like scale to fit (letter- boxed)
Expected result: Splash screen should behave as it is set – scale to fill (cropped)
Reproduced on: 2017.3.2f1; 2017.4.5f1; 2018.1.1f1; 2018.1.7f1; 2018.2.0b10; 2018.3.0a3

Android static splash image on Scale to fill (cropped) does not work. It actually behaves like Scale to fit (letter-boxed)
