Splash Screen shrinking on Windows 8.1 WSA
To reproduce this bug:
1 Create a project for Windows Store apps 8.1
2 Provide all Splash images for the app (100%, 140% and 180%)
3 Build and run on a Win8.1 machine where the Scale is 140% or 180% e.g. Surface pro with a 2160 x 1440 resolution or use a PC with custom resolution 2560x1440
You will see that the extended splash screen gets shrunk down.
