SphereCast generates the incorrect hit result for some positions of the Mesh
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “bug-mesh-spherecollider”
2. Open the “SandboxRiley_01” scene
3. Turn on Queries in the Physics Debug window
4. Enter the Play Mode and drag “PhysicsCast” GameObject up
5. Observe the hit
Expected result: The hit stays at the place where it collided with the Mesh
Actual result: The hit is much higher
Reproducible with: 2022.3.4f1, 2023.1.3f1, 2023.2.0a23
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.28f1 (Physics Debug window doesn’t have Queries)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
