Specular shaders is rendering artifacts
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "20170712_assetstorebash_specular.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "repro2" Scene
3. Look at scene view, game view or camera preview
Expected Result: There are no white dots
Actual Result: There are white dots around the body, especially on hands
Note: This issue appears both on Windows and OSX.
Note: there are body meshes using specular shaders:

Legacy/Bumped Specular
Reproduced on Unity 5.5.4p2, 5.6.2p3, 2017.1.0f3 and 2017.2.0b3
