Spatial Mapping Renderer component is crashing Editor on play when Mixed Portal is set to device but device is not connected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project(case_977679-Origami.zip)
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Open the "Origami zone" scene
4. Play the scene ( Mixed Portal is set to device but device is not connected)
5. Observe the crash
Actual behavior: Unity crashes
Expected behavior: Unity should not crash
Reproduced with: 2017.2.0p2 MRTP 5, 2017.3.0f1, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0a3, 2018.1.0a7
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a2

This crash happened to me on unity 2017.3.0f3 with latest holotoolkit (released 2018/01/16)
Downloaded the project onto a computer with same unity but a 3 month old holotoolkit and it worked fine in editor and building to UWP
