SortIDsInVisibilityOrder errors occur when dragging GameObjects in the Hierarchy and repeatedly clicking CMD
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a few GameObjects in the Hierarchy
3. Move the GameObjects around in the Hierarchy while repeatedly clicking CMD
Expected result: the GameObjects get parented and reordered without any errors
Actual result: SortIDsInVisibilityOrder errors are thrown in the Console
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a8, 2020.2.0a11
