Some touch events do not finish on Windows phone 8 when tapping with multiple fingers
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project which lists touches and their states on the screen.
2. Build and run the project on any device. This issue is not device specific.
3. Once app starts, begin tapping screen rapidly with 4-5 fingers
4. Note that that one ore more touch events do not finish with state "Ended" and remain "Stationary"
Reproducible on 30 fps easily and does not depend on fps.
