Some Toolbar Hotkeys don't work when using "UMotion Community - Animation Editor" asset

Scene/Game View

-

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "1371230.zip"
2. Open Window > UMotion Editor > Clip Editor
3. In the Scene View select any GameObject
4. Press the Toolbar's hotkeys

Expected result: Pressing on hotkeys change Tools
Actual result: Hotkeys don't work

Reproduced in: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15

Notes:
- Hotkeys to use: Q, W, E, R, T, Y
- After selecting an Object in Scene View click anywhere outside of that window to be able to use the Toolbars hotkeys

  1. Resolution Note (2022.1.X):

Since this is a non-regression that's reproducible back to 2019.4.32f and we don't have similar bug reports from other third party asset store plugins, it's safe to say that the issue is on UMotion package's implementation side.

My recommendation for the user would be to with the UMotion's Clip Editor window open, go to "Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts" and make sure none of the package's shortcuts map to Q, W, E, R, T, Y keys (after doing this the issue no longer reproduces).
