Distant objects become visibly illuminated when looking through the volumetric fog with SSGI enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-109174“
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene“
3. Observe the Game view
4. Go to “Sky and Fog Volume“ GameObject
5. Disable the Fog Component
6. Observe the Game view
Expected result: In the steps 3 and 6 distant objects have very low or no illumination
Actual result: In the step 3 Distant objects have sharp illuminated edges
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b11, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.12f1, 6000.2.0b10, 6000.3.0a2
Could not test with: 2023.3.0a2 (SSGI not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Enterprise
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
