SocketException on project opening and on play
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Notice exception in a Console window
3. Enter the play mode
4. Notice exception in a Console window
SocketException: An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.18f1, 2020.1.0a18
Not reproduced with: 2018.4.15f1, 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f4, 2020.1.0a17
Notes:
Reproduces with an empty scene.
It doesn't reproduce on a newly created project.
Can't test on 2017 because of missing prefabs.
Reproducible only in Editor.
