Skinned Meshes glitch out in the Player when Optimized frame pacing is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-123025“ project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. In the Player, move the slider at the top (it changes the fps)
4. Move the camera around
5. Observe the surrounding GameObjects
Expected result: No unusual behavior can be seen
Actual result: The Skinned meshes glitch out occasionally
Reproducible with: 6000.0.45f1, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a4, 6000.5.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.44f1
Testing environment: macOS 26.1

Notes:
- The issue no longer appears or appears less after rotating the phone, minimizing the app or turning the phone display off and on
- Sometimes the issue appears more noticeably at lower fps, other times - at higher fps
