Skinned Mesh Renderer gets distorted when Root Bone is assigned and cloth component is added
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 'project-1177695.zip' project using the EnvIronman VM (more information in Edit)
2. In the Hierarchy window select 'Player_Asset' > 'Boy_Dress'
3. In the Inspector window add Cloth component
4. Observe the Scene window
Expected result: Skinned Mesh Renderer does not get distorted
Actual result: Skinned Mesh Renderer gets distorted
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.0a6

Resolution Note:
When the cloth component is added, the root bone in the Skinned Mesh Renderer must be re-assigned to the transform of whatever the cloth component was added to.
