SketchUp 2016 and 2017 .skp files do not import
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Drag and drop attached models "Chair-2015.skp", "Chair-2016.skp" and "Chair-2017.skp" into the Project explorer
3. Drag each of the imported models into scene
Expected result: all models are imported and added to the scene
Actual result: only the 2015 model can be added to the scene
Note: clicking on Select Nodes in Import Settings for 2016/2017.skp models results in "IndexOutOfRangeException: Array index is out of range" error.
Reproducible with: 5.6.0f1, 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0b5
