[Shurken] Enabling 'Motion Vectors for Vertex Animation' on the particle material causes wrong motion vectors to be written
Repro steps:
1. Import the attached package
2. Open the repro scene
3. Press play
4. Observe the motion blur on the particles
Expected outcome:
- No strong motion blur
Notes:
- The MVs are written without any vertex animation taking place
- Shuriken doesn't support per-particle motion vectors
- The issue only happens when `Motion Vectors for Vertex Animation` is enabled on the particle material
- Even stating unmoving particles are still writing the same motion vectors (gif attached)
