[Shuriken] Simulating particle system in scene view stops it after certain amount of time
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. (Simulation.zip)
2. Open scene: main
3. Click on particle system.
4. Watch how it simulates automatically and how does it looks like.
5. Now simulate manually by clicking "Simulate" in scene view.
Expected result: It looks the same as when you click on particle system. (Particles burst and fall down down... *gif*)
Actual result: Particles stop simulating after certain amount of time.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b21, 5.3.5p1, 5.2.5f1.

If this is the same bug that affects us, it's affected by that particle system's "Start Lifetime": setting Start Lifetime to, say, 1.2 seconds will make the system simulate fine for t in [0..1.2], then glitch out for any t over 1.2. And changing it to 1.8 for instance will make the simulation ok for t < 1.8, and glitch for t > 1.8.
Of course, the system should be able to simulate beyond the start lifetime of a single particle, so that association with "Start lifetime" is a clear bug. Maybe this can help Unity to fix this crippling problem?
