[Shuriken] Performance Issue with ParticleSystems.UpdateJobs in 5.4
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project
2) Run TestScene
3) Find ParticleSystems.UpdateJobs in the profiler (see attached image)
ParticleSystems.UpdateJobs (Time ms values)
OSX Editor 5.3.4f1: ~0.1 ms
OSX Editor 5.4.0b11 ~7 ms
Android 5.3.4f1: ~0.2 ms
Android 5.4.0b11 ~200 ms
