[Shuriken] "Particle Start Rotation curves must all be in the same mode error" on many A$ packages.
Repro steps:
1. Download Magic Arsenal package from asset store.
2. Open "sci-fi_bug" or "scifi_beamup" scene and press Play (some other scenes also repro the issue)
3. Observe console getting spammed with "Particle Start Rotation curves must all be in the same mode" error.
Notes:
- Discovered during Asset Store Bash for 2017.1
- Regression from a recent bugfix patch which added the warning message to address a different issue
