[Shuriken] Inherit velocity prohibits negative value
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project.
2. Open scene: main.
3. Try to change Particle System->SubEmitter->Inherit Velocity field value to negative.
Expected result: You can set to inherit negative velocity.
Actual result: Negative inherit velocity value is set to 0.
