[Shuriken] Effect shown in playback time is cut off
How to reproduce:
1. Extract and open the attached project "Playback Time Bug".
2. In the Assets find Raw_Emitted_BreakParticle prefab and drag it to the scene.
3. Try to simulate particle system and notice how particles should behave.
4. Stop simulation and drag the Playback Time int the Scene view. Notice how simulation is cut off.
Expected actual behavior in GIF below.
Reproducible: 5.3.1f1, 5.3.5f1, 5.4.0b19.
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1.
