[Shuriken] 3D Start Rotation produces incorrect pattern with values in more than one axis
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the "test" scene in it.
2. Select "GameObject" in the Hierarchy and notice strange particle system pattern in the scene view.
Expected behavior: Particle System 3D Start Rotation with non zero values for more than one axis produces sphere.
Actual behavior: 3D Start Rotation produces incorrect pattern with values in more than one axis.
Reproducible: 5.4.0f3, 5.4.0b20, 5.3.6p2, 5.3.2p3
