ShowObjectPicker freezes editor when it's invoked right after another ObjectPicker is closed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Crate a new project
2. Add a user attached script to Assets->Editor
3. Select BUG->Object Picker Freeze Test on top menu
4. Select "Open Object Picker" on the new window and select and object
- Freeze occurs at this point
Expected result: ShowObjectPicker should not freeze editor when it's invoked right after another ObjectPicker is closed
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.1f1, 2017.4.18f1, 2017.3.2f1
