Shortcuts for duplicating and saving does not work when Progrid window is on in the scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Install progrids package from the package manager
3. Tools -> Progrids -> Progrids Window
4. Create a GameObject
5. Select a GameObject in the scene view
6. Try to use CTRL+D to duplicate, try to use CTRL+S to save the scene
Actual result: The commands do not work when progrid window is on
Expected result: The commands should be working when progrid window is on in the scene
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.0b5
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b6; 2018.3.0b11; 2019.1.0a1; 2019.1.0a9

This isn't fixed and still happens on 3.0.3 preview 6 (Latest as of 9/11/2020)
