Shortcut profile dropdown, Import and Export buttons are displayed in different "Shortcuts" window place
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- Go to menu "Unity" -> "Shortcuts"
- Verify, that the "Shortcuts" window opens
- Observe the Shortcut profile dropdown, Import and Export buttons location
Expected result: Mentioned UI components should be displayed in the first "Shortcuts" window line (above the image)
Actual result: Mentioned UI components are displayed under the "Shortcuts" window image. Added screenshot in the "Attachments" section.
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0b8.
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.11f1, 2023.2.0b7, 2023.3.0a4.

Resolution Note:
The shortcut menu items were moved to be directly above the table to better accommodate window resizing. The keyboard image is now hidden when the window is too small to properly display the full image.
